Normally orders deliver within 5-7 business days, but depending on the demand, some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal.
ALL ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Days TO PROCESS PRIOR TO SHIPPING depending on demand. If you place your order over the weekend your Orders Processing time starts the following Monday-Tuesday.
Shipping Transit Times:
All standard shipping orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days in addition to the carrier transit times.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our location. If Cadence Taylor Beauty reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.
Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses:
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed we cannot update your address. If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you. Cadence Taylor Beauty will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
